J&M's Two-Year Limited Warranty
J&M Corporation warrants each new product it manufactures to be free from defective materials and workmanship. J&M agrees to remedy any such defect or replace the unit (at their option), provided the unit is delivered to them, intact, with all transportation charges prepaid to their factory, for a period of two (2) years from date of sale to the original purchaser. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect mechanical or electrical installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, nor to units which have been repaired or altered outside of their factory.
That being said, Overby's Two Wheel Sound will work with you on any returns or refunds of products sold through our business. Contact us directly by phone at 270-753-4092 or by e-mail (please use our contact form to insure delivery) to discuss your options.
Our Order Process
Select the items you want from our on-line store (or by e-mail or phone). Our sales staff will review your order to make sure everything will work together. You will be notified if we have any suggestions or spot any potential incompatibility. We strive to ship in-stock products within 5 business days.
HELMETS: We do stock all the helmets we sell. However, due to the complexity involved in these customized helmet orders, we cannot guarantee shipping times. We do guarantee that we will contact you via e-mail or phone to give you an anticipated shipping date. Also, we do strive to ship all helmet orders within 2-7 business days of receipt of your order. When it is shipped, your order will go out via Fedex or UPS and should arrive 2-5 business days from the date of shipping (you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail on the day we ship your helmet). If for ANY reason we are not able to get your helmet to your door within 12 business days of receiving your order, we will contact you immediatly. J&M PRODUCTS: We ship all other product orders within two business days of the reciept of your order. Orders under $200 will incur a $5 shipping charge for USPS shipping which typically arrives within 7-10 days, a $8 shipping charge for USPostal Service Priority which takes from 4-7 days, or a $12 shipping charge for FedEx or UPS which takes from 2-6 days. (Estimated shipping times are from the date of shipping, not from the date of receipt of order.) For orders of $200 or more, Overby's will include free, fully insured, shipping via Fedex or UPS to the 48 contiguous United States. If you choose any other method for shipping, (or live outside of the US, in Alaska, or Hawaii); we will add the FULL cost of shipping and insurance along with any additional COD charges (from the carrier) to your order total.
(You must contact us by phone or e-mail to place your order if your order is to be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States or if you wish to opt for expedited or other shipping methods.)
If you encounter any shipping damage, we will assist you in filing claims with the shipper. The carrier assumes responsibility for the order once it leaves our factory.
All orders are subject to verification of payment. If we have any problems with your payment method, we will call or Email you before we can ship your order. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express as well as standard PayPal payments through PayPal. We accept cash or checks by mail. We also accept mail-in and call in orders. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
For orders outside the U.S., proceed to complete your order. Once received, we will get an estimate on shipping and send you notification of the up-charge my e-mail or phone. Your order will not be processed until full payment is confirmed. International buyers are responsible for customs, tariffs, VAT and any other tax or fee levied by government agencies in the buyer's country.

While we do our best to keep up with our customers, during peak riding season, we occasionally run out of our hottest selling products. When this happens we will contact you immediately to inform you of the situation and determine our next course of action
Overby's will always replace defective merchandise or correct any errors made by Overbys. However absolutely ALL returns must be authorized in advance.
